Brendan Fowler: Three-Sport Athlete at Duke

In the latest episode of the Mental Gym Podcast, hosts Tim Haslam and Tim McDermott interview Major League Lacrosse faceoff specialist Brendan Fowler. Fowler was a three-sport athlete at Duke University where he played football, lacrosse, and wrestled in his fifth-year.

Fowler was a two-time NCAA Champion during his days of playing lacrosse at Duke, the NCAA Championship most outstanding player in 2013, and the single-season leader all-time in faceoffs won with his 399 in 2013.

Fowler, who is a Rocket, talks about being mentally tough.
